Belarus

The hidden spot of Europe

Belarus is one of the least famous countries in Europe for travelers. There are several reasons, one of them if competing with great cities, like Warsaw, Prague and Bucharest, leaving Minsk far from the top cities to visit.

What Belarus has to offer

  • National Parks;
  • Ski Resorts;
  • Unique food with lots of potatoes;
  • Historical places (ex. Brest).

There are four national parks in Belarus: Bialowieza Forest (UNESCO Heritage), Naroch National Park, Braslav Lakes, Pripyat National Park, and two reserves: Berezinsky and Polesye Radiation and  Ecology Reserve. Typically, reserves are closed to tourists, but you can still visit some of them by going for an eco-tour or to a museum.
