Best time to go
The best months to visit Greece are May and June, during spring, and September and October in autumn. In summer, and more specifically in July and August is high season and temperatures reach 40 degrees and everything is crowded. In winter, ie between late November and early April, there are many closed hotels and restaurants and there is less transport between islands.
