Ireland

The Republic of Ireland was already famous for its landscapes and castles, and after the Game of Thrones appearance, it got even more famous. From the cosmopolitan capital Dublin to the Cork University and the artistic Galway, the inevitable city of Killarney, the lakes and mountains of Connemara and the lunar landscape of the Burren region, there is no shortage of reasons for a trip to Ireland.

Weather

The Irish weather works on a four seasons basis, which means that it is very difficult to predict how the weather will behave. But generally speaking, in the summer, that is, between May and July, the days are hot and, most importantly, they are very big: you only have to turn on the lights from ten at night. This is also the peak season for tourists, and the time when most festivals and events are held. In spring (February to April) and fall (August to October) are good alternatives, it is more likely to escape the confusion and still enable you to find better weather than in summer. And in the spring there are also festivals: like the very popular St. Patrick Day.
